New Extended Weekday Hours

Walnut Valley Water District (WVWD) is pleased to announce updated office hours beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2025, designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience for customers and community members.
The District’s new hours of operation will be:
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Closed Friday through Sunday
“We’re excited to offer extended weekday service hours that better align with our community’s busy schedules,” said Sheryl Shaw, P.E., General Manager. “This change reflects our ongoing commitment to customer service and accessibility while delivering safe, reliable water.”
All core operations—including water service, field work and emergency response—will remain unchanged. The District’s after-hours on-call system will remain active for water-related emergencies. The after-hours support team includes customer service and operations personnel to ensure continued reliability.
Customers are encouraged to take advantage of WVWD’s robust suite of 24/7 online services, which include:
- Online bill pay, AutoPay enrollment, and paperless billing
- Account management tools to monitor water usage, detect leaks, and add guest access
- Start/stop water service requests
- Scheduling developer services appointments
- Reporting water waste and applying for rebates
