START WATER SERVICE
The application to start water service for renters is provided below. Please contact the Customer Service Department at (909) 595-7554 or by email at email@example.com if you have questions.
This request can only be made online or in person. Required documents to submit an application in person include proof of ownership, lease agreement, social security number, valid government-issued identification, a $30 administrative fee, and a deposit which is determined based on the applicant’s creditworthiness. The District accepts cash, checks, credit/debit card, and money orders as forms of payment.
Applications received during normal business hours will be processed the next business day after your application has been approved.
- The soonest date to start service is the next business day.
- Service cannot be started on weekends or District holidays.
- The start service date requested cannot exceed 2 weeks from today’s date.
Residential Renters AND Owner/Tenant Affidavit is required to complete the application process for all residential renters/lease.
The Owner/Tenant Affidavit must be completed within 2 weeks from the date of service established.
