Apply to be a Board Member – Division V

An opportunity to serve on the Walnut Valley Water District (WVWD) Board representing Division V (Industry/Pomona/West Covina/Diamond Bar/Walnut) is now open.

Community members can confirm their eligibility by checking whether their address falls within Division V using the District map.

The current Division V board member will vacate their seat effective May 28, 2026.

WVWD plans to fill the open seat through an appointment process. The person selected will serve until the November 2026 election, when voters will choose someone to complete the rest of the term.

Community members interested in serving are invited to apply.

To apply, you must:

• Live in Division V
• Be a registered voter within the WVWD service area (Los Angeles County)
• Be able to attend monthly Board and monthly committee meetings
• Meet all legal requirements to hold public office

To be considered, please submit:

• A letter of interest
• A résumé
• Any additional information you would like the Board to review

Applications must be received by Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
