Applications for the High School Internship Program will open on March 1, 2026.
The deadline to apply is April 11, 2026.
Students who attend high school within the WVWD service area or live in the service area are eligible to participate in WVWD’s Summer High School Internship program.
Eligible schools include:
- Diamond Bar High School
- Diamond Ranch High School
- Ron Hockwalt Academies
- Rowland High School
- Walnut High School
Students must complete an online application, interview, and work permit to participate. The internship will run from June 1, 2026, to July 23, 2026. Participants are expected to commit to a part-time schedule during those 8 weeks. Interns will receive $18/hr.
