Customer engagement is one of Walnut Valley Water District’s six guiding principles. Transparency and refining the customer experience based on the District’s commitment to excellence is how we define customer service. WVWD utilizes education, outreach, and technology to increase the user experience and ensure customers and community members have resources on hand to save water, control water usage, and schedule monthly bill payments according to their preferences.

Water Rates
